Item Warranty

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a full description of the issue. Rams Skull Press reserves the right to reject any claims after 30 days unless it is a manufacturing fault. When buyers are asked to send back the defective item, a replacement will be sent to buyers after the returned product is received and Rams Skull Press will take full responsibility for the postage fee to the customer.
Returns Policy
Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual item being returned.
Rams Skull Press reserves the rights to provide buyers a full or partial refund depending on agreement reached by both parties and buyers agree to follow our return procedure which will be emailed to the buyer prior to the item being returned.
The following policies apply to all returns:
- Please contact us before returning any items
- Allow us the opportunity to resolve any problems, we are here to help you
- All returns must be accompanied by original tax invoice issued by Rams Skull Press
- Items should be packaged well to prevent damage during transit
- Returned items must be received in our warehouse within the specified time frame (14 days from date of sale as shown on your tax invoice)
- If you suspect that your item was damaged in transit, please send us photos via e-mail
- If an item returned under warranty is not found to be defective, return shipping will be charged
- All shipping charges are non-refundable
- Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyer when the returned item is received. There will NOT be refund if such cases occur.
- Refund will only be processed via PayPal or Bank Transfer, depending on the payment method being used previously.
