Biography of Ron Edwards, the founder and author of books for the Rams Skull Press. The book was written by Keith McKenry, who was a life long friend and is a prominent fellow folklorist. It tells of Ron's life from his childhood in Ocean Grove until his passing in 2008. His work collecting Australia's songs, crafts and culture as well as his search for Aboriginal Rock Art on Cape York. It also follows his travels both within Australia and overseas, and the many books that resulted from the travels, and it follows the wider family events during all of his life. There is no doubt that Ron was an incredibly passionate man regarding our folk heritage and a busy one until the day he died. If we could all achieve a fraction of what he did in his life, we would be most proud of our achievement! Ron was the recipient of an Order of Australia medal and and an Advance Australia award. The book is hardcover, and weighs over 1kg.
